Children’s Ministry

About Us

Kabwata Baptist Church Children’s Ministry

The Children’s Ministry at Kabwata Baptist Church comprises three main departments; The Eagles Nest School, Sunday School, and Community Bible Clubs. The ultimate goal of the ministry is to glorify God by reaching children with the blessed gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and be a means through which young lives can be transformed.

What We Do

The Eagles Nest School is dedicated to providing quality education rooted in Christian values, fostering academic excellence and spiritual growth among its students. Sunday School and Community Bible Clubs focus on teaching the word of God to children, emphasizing biblical literacy and evangelism.

These programs aim to nurture faith and understanding from a young age through systematic biblical instruction.

In the past two years, we have witnessed a number of children turn to the Lord Jesus Christ in repentance and faith. It has been a great encouragement to see many of them get baptized. It has been a wonderful reminder that our God is still in the business of saving souls. And He saves even children!

Our Values

This ministry reflects Kabwata Baptist Church’s commitment to the Reformed evangelical doctrine, emphasizing God’s sovereignty, personal holiness, and the joy of pursuing God.

This is carried out within a pastoral care framework and a zeal for the Great Commission.

Ministry Goals

Our immediate goal is to build on the relationships we have established with the children by reaching out to their parents as well. In the long term, we aim to expand our Vacation Bible School, allowing us to host multiple sessions. This will create more opportunities to share the gospel.

We envision a future where we have a fully equipped broadcasting studio dedicated to producing and airing gospel-centered, child-friendly video and audio content. Our hope is to distribute this content to children worldwide.
