To reach out to the preteens and early teens with the gospel of Christ and building them in sound doctrine mainly at Kabwata Baptist church and beyond.
What We Do
We are the Junior Youth Program (JYP) at Kabwata Baptist Church (KBC). Our mission is to reach preteens and early teens with the Gospel of Christ, building them in sound biblical doctrine. Although based at KBC, we extend our outreach beyond the church.
The ministry has seen children getting saved through its annual Camps. The ministry has seen a good number of the children it reaches out to coming to faith and eventually getting baptised
Short-Term Goals
Our short-term goals include:
1. Establish a welcoming environment for the children and increase kids attendance
2. Develop a curriculum plan.
3. Increase teacher and volunteer recruitment.
4. Launch a parent communication plan.
5. Plan and execute special events.
